How is a coaching session?
The coaching process can generally take from 1 to 3 or 10 sessions of about an hour - hour and a half each one.
The results are immediate and as from the first session.
It starts with the identificaction of the point at which the customers feel they are, analyzing the way they see themselves and / or the situation and how others see them (or the situation).
The phases of a coaching process can be summarized as follows:
1 Where am I? - Current situation, diagnosis of the context
2 Where do I want to be? - Desired situation, goal / change to be achieved
3 Action plan - unlearn the old way and learn the new one, leaving the pre-built life map
4 Supervision, analysis and monitoring - process evaluation and adjustments
5 Outcome - assessment and appreciation
